John Rosenthal, P.Eng.., President of Dunn-Wright Engineering Inc., has over 30 years' experience designing and servicing scaffolding, shoring and concrete forming projects; and training design and field personnel. He was a member of the founding committees to develop Canadian Standards on Scaffolding, Shoring and Forming; the PEO Guideline for Professional Engineers: Temporary Works, and the Ontario regulation concerning Multi-Point Suspended Scaffolds.
Mr. Rosenthal is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario, l'ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia. He is an active member of the SIA, and participated in the Engineering committees of both the SIA and SSFI for many years. He is currently a co-author and instructor of the SIA Scaffolder Training Program. |

Ralph Bennett III, P.E. holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and the Illinois Institute of Technology, respectively. He is a professor in the Construction Technology Department at Purdue University Calumet.
Mr. Bennett has extensive consulting experience in the fields of soils, structures, residential, commercial, industrial, railroad and highway construction. He also has extensive experience testing temporary structure components. His professional affiliations include the National Society of Professional Engineers (Professional Engineers in Construction), American Society of Civil Engineers, Scaffold Industry Association, American Institute of Steel Construction, American Concrete Institute, and Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. |

David H. Glabe, P.E. is President of Western Falsework Engineering, Incorporated, a firm specializing in the design and proper use of temporary structures. His professional experience includes over 25 years of involvement with many facets of the temporary structures industry, including the design, development, management, sales, and erection of scaffolding.
Mr. Glabe is the author of numerous articles on scaffolding, is a writer for a scaffolder certification program, and is a nationally recognized trainer and instructor for both industry and government. In addtion to being a member of the Scaffold Industry Association, Mr. Glabe is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and other professional organizations. |
